It means you don’t have to worry about counting hours. If you’ve got questions, drafts, or new ideas, send them over anytime. We’ll review as much as you need and keep working with you until everything feels ready.

Most families pay upfront to lock in their spot. For the bigger packages, we can split payments into installments—just let us know during your consult and we’ll set it up.

Since we reserve time and dive in right away, packages are generally non-refundable. That said, if something unexpected comes up, we’ll talk it through and figure out the fairest option—like applying credit toward future services.

Honestly, the earlier the better. Some families come to us in 9th or 10th grade to map out a long-term plan, but we also work intensively with seniors when deadlines are close. We’ll meet you wherever you are in the process.

Of course! Parents are welcome in kickoff calls and check-ins. Day-to-day work usually goes faster when students lead the process, but we always keep families in the loop.

Once you sign up, you’ll get a private scheduling link. Most meetings are on Zoom, and you can grab times that work best for you and your student.

 Not at all. While we know the Ivies inside and out, our strategies work for top universities and selective liberal arts colleges across the U.S. (and abroad). We’ll tailor the approach to your student’s list.

No one can promise an Ivy admission—if they do, run the other way. What we can promise is that your student’s application will be stronger, their essays will shine, and they’ll feel more confident heading into the process. And yes, our students have had excellent results at top schools year after year.
